What does everyone collect? What special meaning does it have for you? Please share with everybody.

I personally collect anything having to do with butterflies and purple roses. I collect butterfly things because it reminds me of the caterpillar to butterfly transition and how it parallels the growth in Christian life. Once you become a butterfly, you can fly freely in the love of Jesus, soaring high even in turbulent times.

I collect purple roses because my great grandma instilled in me a love for roses and purple is my favorite color.

Does anyone know where I can find some really gorgeous decorations for my home with butterflies or purple roses?

I know Karen’s Collectors Cottage, Inc. and Art Gallery has beautiful items in many categories for all things collectible. You should look there like I have.

I have a collection of rolling pins–glass, wood, and marble of varying shapes and sizes. I don’t know why I decided to start collecting them. Just thought it would be fun. I do enjoy making pies and baking, so maybe it stemmed from that. I have a favorite one I use for rolling out pie dough and another favorite to use for tortillas. I also have my grandmother’s rolling pin.
